It is the little things you do in a day to day routine that affect your healthy living. Most people take health forgranted but honestly health is wealth. Without health you can not run that business you are so passionate about.
So, the question is, how do you stay healthy? I will tell you how.
- Watch whatever enters your mouth. Do I really need these? Make sure you take a balanced diet daily. Do not take food simply because you have appetite. Make sure you observe proper hygienic measures, wash your hands, utensils, and your house with clean water.
- Exercise is key for the body. It enables the blood to circulate to all parts of the body. You can walk to the job in the morning instead of driving, use stairs instead of the elevator or simply find some time and visit the gymn at least four hours in a week. Just ensure you exercise enough.
- Avoid foods with much calories such as chips, sugary beverages, biscuits and other fatty foods. Try and substitute them with fruits.
- Make it a habit to take water oftenly, the fact that the larger percentage of the body has water( of course as the solvent ), should hint you on how much water is expected to be used up in body systems.
- Avoid unimportant stuff such as beer, smoking cigarettes and focus on replacing them with nice drinks such as milk, natural juice and fruits.
- Reduce the amount of processed food on your diet and go natural, eat whole grain. People that take whole grain are known to be vibrant and look younger compared to those who take processed food. They are also known to unlikely have cancer since the cells are fully equiped with necessary lipids and sterols, which boost the cell membrane with ability to take nutrients in and waste out.
- Mantain proper body hygiene, brush your teeth. This also boosts your self-esteem while interacting with people.
